Angelica Inn Reservations & Policies

Please take a few moments to acquaint yourself with the following policies and reservation details at the Angelica Inn Victorian Bed & Breakfast.

Arrival Time:

Check in time is between 3 pm and 7 pm. If you are unable to arrive during check in time, please make arrangements 48 hours in advance.

Departure Time:

Check out time is 11 am. A later check out time can be arranged, additional fees may apply. You are welcome to leave your car in our parking lot if you would like to spend some additional time walking around the village after check out.

Minimum Night Stays:

One (1) night stays are available, however holidays and special events have a two (2) night stay requirement. Please call for availability.

Rates:

Rates are for single or double occupancy, and include a gourmet breakfast served in our Victorian dinning room. Until deposit is received all rates are subject to change without notice. Rates also are subject to applicable tax. Detailed credit card information is required upon making a reservation. Additional guests are $20.00 per night, which includes breakfast.

Reservation Policy:

We require a nonrefundable deposit equal to 50% on stays of two or more nights and 100% on one night stays for special weekends and some holidays. You must use a credit card to secure your room. The balance is due upon check-in. You will receive written confirmation of your reservation by mail or e-mail.

Cancellation Policy:

If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $35.00 processing fee, provided that you give more than fourteen (14) days notice. If you cancel less then fourteen (14) days of your arrival date or do not show, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. Please understand that our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are a vital part of managing a small country inn.

 
Parking:

We have private off-street parking to accommodate all guests.

Payment Method:

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Gift certificates are also available.

Discounts:

A discount in the amount of 10% is available for AAA members, active military and seniors over the age of sixty-five (65). Identification is required and discount requests must be made at time of reservation.

Children:

Children over the age of fourteen (14) are welcome to stay in the main mansion. Regrettably, the atmosphere of the Angelica Inn is not suitable for young children. We offer suites in our Country House for families with young children. Please contact us for details and restrictions. Children under the age of Four (4) are free in the Country House.

Pets ~ the Angelica Inn is Pet Friendly:

We have two (2) rooms available to accommodate pets. There is a $10.00 per night pet fee, only one (1) pet per room or suite. We adore guests who adore their pets, however the Angelica Inn is not an alternative to boarding. If you leave your room for more than one (1) hour, your pet must go with you. Your pet must be on a flea control program. All pet shots should be current and up-to-date. We ask you not to bring your pet into any common areas. Pets should be on a leash when taking walks outside. Any damage discovered during or after the pet’s stay will be charged to the guest's credit card.

 
Smoking:

We are a non-smoking inn. If you would like to smoke, on designated porches or on the grounds, we will be happy to provide you with an ashtray. Smoking inside the Inn will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250.00.
